Lilac Lane Floral Design

Project Overview

Lilac Lane Floral Design is a women-owned and operated floral studio founded in 2024 in Glencoe, Ontario. Specializing in everything from everyday florals to weddings, events, and sympathy arrangements, the studio needed a stunning brand and digital presence that could stand out in a competitive small-town market while still feeling warm, personal, and community-focused.

The Goal

Lilac Lane wanted to build a brand that reflected their creativity and love for floral arrangements. The goal was to create a recognizable, welcoming identity that locals can connect with, while remaining adaptable enough for the company to grow into neighbouring towns.

Role

Graphic Designer

Process

I led the brand Identity creation, developing Lilac Lane’s logos, color palette, fonts and comprehensive brand guidelines.

Collaboration played a key role throughout the project, with multiple Zoom calls to ensure the brand direction felt aligned with the clients vision at every stage.

After the intial branding stage I designed and built a Shopify website tailored to their services, and created some internal merchandise designsfor their shop.

Outcome

The final result was a brand system that feels both personal and professional. Lilac Lane launched with a recognizable identity, a polished online presence, and flexible brand assets that support merchandising and marketing.

The new brand helped establish trust within the local community while giving the business a strong foundation for future growth.
